 Nogent-sur-Seine:
a leading cultural centre
Nogent-sur-Seine is a quiet town of human dimensions
embodying a certain lifestyle. Bordered by willows, the Seine winds
its way in loops through the town.
The water lapping at the foundations  of
the former Moulins Sassot (now Soufflet) is like the reflection
of this busy and bustling cultural town that still bears all the
marks of its rich past.
